Amanda

These are some images I took of Amanda yesterday. I went to Ronnies' house and he worked his editing magic. Ronnie has been very gracious with his time in helping bring me up right photo-style. Check out his site: http://www.picturesinmypocket.blogspot.com/

goose

The sun came out today. I love it when it rains, but good grief, enough is enough. Though the sunshine was brief, it was very nice. Took a short trip to Riverfront park. There were so many geese, I was thankful I didn't bring any bread, one might be nipped to death.

Beths' Iris

This is a picture I painted for a dear friend, she and her family have since moved to the East-coast. I miss them greatly. It's been a while since I've done any watercolor. Can't wait to get painting again, staying up all hours of the night to finished what I started, staining my jeans (that I shouldn't have been painting in) with acrylic paint...yep...I miss it.

Diva

Here's Diva, Brad and Angies' dog. We got together today to discuss what I'll be painting for their girls and their living room. I hope I can put something together that suits them.

spaghetti and waffles

They say women think in entangled thoughts like spaghetti and men compartmentalize like waffle squares. Some days I think I'd be better off if I could lay each strand of spaghetti out straight and line them all up. It seems I would accomplish so much more....mmm....spaghetti, I'm gonna go eat something.

Happy Mothers' Day

We had a wonderful day at the park this afternoon. I spent the day enjoying my family.

Coffee date?

This blogging thing is kind of new for me. In fact, my computer and I are complete strangers in the same room. We are currently trying to rekindle a relationship that went out some time ago. Basically, I had no time for my computer and I felt, at times, my computer was speaking a completely different language (ones and zeros). Now we are rebuilding our relationship out of necessity; for the sake of "our little projects" we must learn to work together. Right now we're at that awkward phase where we still know very little about each other and aren't quite ready to open up. Not ready for dinner, how about a coffee date?
