Now that was an adventure:)  The little foal kept teasing us and running near by.  Every time I see that stud horse, I can't help thinking of Disney's 'Spirit'.  All in all, it was nothing short of magical, Thanks Jon and Kira for your own personal rendition of 'happily ever after'!  A special thanks to Willow Greenough at Aegis Equestrian, you made our day!

Life is really a series of moments.  Our perspective on those moments meter our happiness.  There will always be pain, loss and tears... but there are also these moments that are so easily overlooked, overshadowed by schedules and to-do lists.  There seems to be some essence of immortality in photography.  Perhaps that's what draws me.  There are times like these that are normal, real and beautiful.  There is no glitter, no backdrop, no lighting; just life, a camera and I also happened to be there.
